[mythtv-users] The next version of MythTV

I had a couple of ideas for future versions of MythTV. I don't have any coding ability, but maybe these ideas will catch someone's eye and they can run with them... 
  
1. It would be great to press a single button on the remote to switch directly from one Myth activity to another. For example, you could have a button on the remote for live TV- when you press it, no matter what you are doing, you are immediately transferred to watching live TV. You could have specific buttons for Music, Video, Recorded Shows, Weather, etc... This would essentially eliminate having to navigate through the menus. 
  
2. In MythWeather, it would be nice to have a forecast for today. Currently there is just a page with current conditions, then the forecast for the next few days. It would be nice to see the forecasted high & low for today, probability of precip, etc.
