I'm having the exact same problem.  Maybe not with as much frequency as you are, but
I too see the exact same things in my log files.

I've updated both my kernel (from 2.4.27 to 2.6.10) and my ivtv driver from 0.1.9 to
0.2.0rc3 - no dice.

I've even compiled my own Debian packages (using the Debian sources) versus using
the actual Debian binaries that are available.  Again, no luck.

I'd love to know if anyone else has had this problem and what they've done to solve it.
