[mythtv-users] FF/RR and jump ahead/back gone all wonky

A week ago or so FF/RR and jump ahead/back on my FC2 MythTV 0.16 w/ PRV-350
went to hell. For example if I push the >> (jump ahead) button on my remote,
the video freezes for about 15 seconds, the elapsed time readout changes a bit,
the recording duration readout goes backwards a few seconds (?!?). After the
'freeze', the jump ahead completes. The mythfrontend log says:

If too much FF/RR'ing or jumping is attempted, the whole box will lock up.

WAF is negative right now... any advice?
