Except that ssh is one of the services that people might (quite
reasonably) want to deliberately open to the outside world...
Of course you'd hope that anyone opening ssh would have the sense to
ensure that the box has sensible passwords, but it's conceivable that
someone might add a mythtv user to an existing box (or open ssh for some
other reason on a multi-purpose server that happens to have a mythtv
user) without associating the two...
Now is also a good time to disable root ssh logins, if you haven't
already :)
