Nick,
Thanks for your reply--I managed to find the problem because you clued
me in as to what to look for. I decided this must be a database
corruption issue, and when started poking around the tables themselves,
I noticed that I had a conflicting entry in 'cardinput.' Two records
had cardid and sourceid set to two but one had an input name of
'Television' whereas the other was named 'Tuner 0.' Deleted the one
named Television and that solved it. I suppose the code should delete
any entries in this table before inserting a new record with the same
sourceid and cardid. Maybe I'll submit a patch if I can find it in
the source.
