[mythtv-users] ivtv errors after dist-upgrade

Also make sure your firmware files are named  v4l-cx2341x-dec.fw, and 
v4l-cx2341x-enc.fw. Just copy, or link ivtv-fw-dec.bin and 
ivtv-fw-enc.bin to the new file names.
