I also have a PSP and wanted to read your instructions but this is what I got 
a few minutes ago:

Object not found!
 The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL 
manually please check your spelling and try again. 
 If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. 
Error 404
www.22balmoralroad.net
 Apache/2.0.54 (Mandriva Linux/PREFORK-13mdk)

Even just http://www.22balmoralroad.net/ gets me the same error.
