HD plays well on my 2.4GHz P4/5200FX without XVMC. XVMC doesn't work  
well with HD. I get stuttering with XVMC and HD. I am not using  
OpenGL sync. The option for XVMC is the first screen of the TV  
Settings->Playback menu (from memory...)
