I'd probably recommend you at least look at the Pundit-R from Asus.
With the front door panel closed it looks quite sleek. I've modded
mine to make the fans much quieter and disconnected the very bright
power and HDD lights, but it can be used either horizontally or
vertically and would look much out of place next to a silver AV
receiver and other components.

The initial problems with TV-Out not working are now fixed, and it has
optical SPDIF and DVI as well (the SPDIF is behind the front panel
though, which is a design mistake)
