Probably. I'm using a P4 2.4 and it can just barely playback MPEG2
1920x1080i or 1280x720p content.  I'm using a GeForce 4 4200, so I can't
enable "Inverse Discreet Cosine Transform" hardware decoding--maybe you
can.  XVMC off worked better for me than XVMC on.  YMMV, try both.  Anyway,
