DVDShrink works fine under WINE (well, except for the actual reading of 
the DVD -- I usually rip the DVD to a directory using 'dvdbackup', then 
run DVDShrink (under WINE) on the ripped DVD directory.  If I want an 
ISO I then run 'mkisofs -dvd-video' on the 'shrunk' DVD directory.
