Either remove 
/usr/lib/mythtv/plugins/libmythweather.so
/usr/lib/mythtv/plugins/libmythbrowser.so

(Or, if they're in /usr/local/lib)

/usr/local/lib/mythtv/plugins/libmythweather.so
/usr/local/lib/mythtv/plugins/libmythbrowser.so

or Edit the theme to remove the entries.
