[mythtv-users] storage engine error 127

My mythtv backend has started logging this error continuously. 


DB Error (delta position map insert):
Query was:
INSERT INTO recordedmarkup (chanid, starttime, mark, type, offset) 
VALUES ( '1001' , '20050802180500' , '14820' , 9 , '472188315' );
Driver error was [2/1030]:
QMYSQL3: Unable to execute query
Database error was:
Got error 127 from storage engine



The only references to it in the archives that I found indicate problems 
after a crash or a disk filling up.  Neither of which have happened.

I was able to repair it with

mysqlcheck -r -u mythtv -pmythtv mythconverg


Is this a common problem?  Should I look at versions of mySQL, maybe 
need to update, or fix?
