[mythtv-users] Transcoding Questions - MPEG4 and Thumbnails

I went into my settings using the frontend, and setup the transcoding  
profile MPEG2, to transcode to MPEG4, 320Kbs sound.  How do I set the  
default transcoding profile?  Maybe that's what I'm missing?
