Awesome, I'll have to make sure and request it myself. The 6200 isn't
the one with the DVR stuff built in is it?

I specifically requested it when I ordered digital cable online, and 
they brought it.  That's in Chattanooga, not Atlanta though.  They may 
work differently.  I never had to talk to anyone on the phone, though, 
which was nice.
