I use the ATI Remote Wonder, since the Myth Box will be in
another room with no line-of-sight for InfraRed.  Amazingly,
the ATI Remote Wonder worked on Fedora Core 2/3 right
out of the box.  I haven't patched the source code, ati_remote.c,
but it definitely needs some keys added.  If the ESCAPE key is
in the original ati_remote.c source, I haven't found it yet.

Have a look at the thread noted above, and a little searching
of the archives should lead to a guide for applying patches and
replacing the vanilla ati_remote.ko module.  Good Luck.
