MythMovieTime needs to log into the Tribune Media Services
DataDirect::Movies server.  A username an password for testing
purposes was listed in one of the commit messages.  To save you a bit
of time it's "mythtester" and "enormous_penis".  Put those into the
configuration screen and run mythfetchmovies.

This user ID / password combination will strop functioning once the
DataDirect::Movies version MythMovieTime is using moves from staging
to production.  The DataDirect::Movies product is just one of many
data products from TMS that, unfortunately, are not going to be
available in the free DataDirect service they provide.
