[mythtv-users] Channel changing problems again

I've had problems before with the channel not changing either with live 
tv or to record on the correct channel.  The section in Jarod's 
troubleshooting guide about device permissions fixed the problem in the 
past, but it isn't working for me now.  Here's what shows up in 
mythbackend.log:

ChannelBase: Could not find input: Tuner 0 on card when setting channel 30

Anyone have any other thoughts about what else might be causing the problem?
