[mythtv-users] seek past end -> frontend crash

I've seen the frontend crash several times when trying to skip past the
end of the show, especially when using a cut list to remove the end of
the recording.

I suppose it's time to give up on running the distribution packages and
build from source so that I can get the stack traces.  (Or is there some
way to tell Gentoo to build gdb-friendly myth binaries?)
