I updated my Abstract theme to add the recording options screen.  You 
can grab the tarball here:

I need to add a few things for left/right arrow images for the new 
recording options, but at least the screen is there now.  Once I get 
it all happy with 0.16 I'll give the tarball to Isaac so he can update 
the one on the website.
