You're probably not going to find a mainboard that uses any type of
standard form factor or power connectors for a mobile intel chip. You
will have a much much easier ( and cheaper ) time picking up a mobile
Athlon, and a microATX board that supports it. Mobile Athlons are the
same chip package as standard Bartons..  check out this thread.

The BioStar board supports a mobile chip, and undervolting, which
would get the power and heat down even more. If you don't need "small"
you can go with any normal ATX board that supports multipler settings
and voltage adjustments, and has the other components that you need.
