# rpm -e mythtv-suite
# rpm -e any-myth-module-you-don't-want

mythtv-suite has dependencies on everything, but is only a meta-package to
suck in everything. Removing it doesn't affect any of Myth's actual
functionality, and you can then remove whatever you modules you don't want
using rpm -e.
