I have had zero luck despite my efforts.  There are different versions 
of the Leadtek Winfast XP card.  Which one do you have?  Expert?  
Deluxe?  The Expert version has a Conexant CX23881 chip whereas the 
Deluxe version has the Conexant Brooktree Fusion (BT878A) 

I have the Expert version and my card works fine with tvtime.   MythTV 
just gives me these messages after a black screen:

Remote encoder not responding.
