But that's the confusing thing.  Why would this 1 box get a 403 on that.
~ If I try it from another Linux box behind the same firewall (remote
sites will see the same IP), it works fine (mozilla and wget).  I've
tried wget as two different users on this box
(shot-in-the-dark-shouldn't-make-a-difference-but-who-knows kinda thing)
with the same results.  Strange things are afoot at the Circle K...
