I'm using a MSI K7N2GM-L. Works great for me, and a awesome price as well
from tcwo.com when I got it a month or so ago.

I've been using MSI products for 3+ years now, and they are the only
boards I'll buy, and there website and manuals are in english!
Currently running a mATX Intel MSI board in my MythTV box, and I get
~30 days uptime
