[mythtv-users] atrpms.net problem?

just tried a new install for my laptop of FC2..

have installed kickstart and done the first dist-upgrade last night.. 
all seems to go well..

now try it again and am getting a tons of lines similar to this:

Failed to fetch 
http://apt.atrpms.net/fedora/2/en/i386/base/pkglist.at-stable  Could not 
connect to apt.atrpms.net:80 (160.45.32.86). - connect (111 Connection 
refused)

there a problem with atrpms.net at the moment?
