If I had a old Celeron 366 at 550 w/o SSE running on a 100mhz fsb doing software encoded with a bttv card, would using a Celeron 566 w/ SSE running on a 66mhz fsb help much? I know if the Celeron 566 can hit 850 I would see a big difference, but worst case would be no overclock and only having 66mhz fsb.
