[mythtv-users] xawtv / motv show blue, mythtv shows green static

I see this exact problem when the standard (PAL/NTSC) is set incorrectly.
E.G.  I'm in US so NTSC is standard and if xawtv is set to PAL it does
exactly what you describe.
