[mythtv-users] I lost my capturecard.MYI db file

I posted this to the list about 7 hours ago and have not seen it show
up yet, so I am going to try again.

I think I made the wrong choice by electing "yes" when asked the
question: "would you like to clear all your capture card settings?"

Since now I am apparently missing the capturecard database file and I
am not sure how to recreate it.

Here is the output from mythsetup when trying to add a new capture card:

DB Error (simpledbstorage update):
Query was:
INSERT INTO capturecard SET cardid = 0, defaultinput = 'Television';
Driver error was [2/1105]:
QMYSQL3: Unable to execute query
Database error was:
File './mythconverg/capturecard.MYD' not found (Errcode: 13)

P.S. Sorry for the newb question, but I really did try to find this
problem in the docs first.
