[mythtv-users] mythweb error

when I try to connect to  mythweb I get the following error:

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'languages/default_language.php' 
(include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in 
/var/www/html/mythweb/includes/init.php on line 57

- any insights or suggestions as to how I fix it?

It's an older mythtv install that I have recently updated via 'apt-get 
dist-upgrade' to 0.16, but now I get the error both when connecting 
from localhost and over the net. I've had  a look at permissions and 
they look OK....
