Jason, is that truly a 2.4GHz P3? Or did you mean P4? I don't recall such a P3 
ever being made. I think you *might* be okay w/a 2.4GHz HT-P4 and a GeForce 
FX 5200.

The 350 isn't capable of handling HDTV-sized frames. It'll be of no help, 
unless you're transcoding down to a 720x480 mpeg2, which would make recording 
in HDTV almost completely pointless, if you could even get it to work.
