[mythtv-users] problems installing ivtv cards in fc2 after jarods guide

I think I might have one of the new tuner cars, but I live in PAL land...or else something else it wrong.

When I do /sbin/modprobe ivtv I get a segfault reply and the following erros in dmesg and I also can't run /ivtvctl without it hanging......
It looks like it doesn't even see both cards... I'm using fc2 and atrpms following Jarods guide.
The hardware is a soyo 7vem MB with c3 600mhz and 256mb ram

Any suggestions?
thanks
Anders
