4400kbps (video) equates to approximately 2GiB/hr.
4400kbps * 1000bits/kb = 4400000bits/s * 1B/8b = 550000B/s * 3600s/hr =
1980000000 B/hr * 1GiB/1073741824B = 1.844GiB/hr
Add in audio, and you've got 2GiB/hr. (Audio at 256kbps gives
approximately 110MiB/hr and 384kbps gives approximately 165MiB/hr.)
Therefore, you either have an average bitrate of 2200kbps with a max
bitrate of 4400kbps, or your files are twice as large as you remember. :)
