The pcHDTV can handle both ATSC and NTSC. There are differences between OTA
ATSC and cable ATSC that make it impossible (right now) to get cable HD
w/these cards, but the only difference between OTA and cable NTSC is the
frequency table, so these cards have no problem tuning in NTSC cable.
