[mythtv-users] lirc do not work in my debian

Hello,

I use Debian 3.0 with MythTV 0.16-1 and PVR350.
TV-Out and television-control by keyboard works fine.

But not the control by lirc !

I get http://lirc.sourceforge.net/software/snapshots/lirc-0.7.0pre8.tar.bz2 and untar it.
Then I do the ./setup.sh, make and make install as descriped in http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-22.html#hauppauge_remote.

I check my modules.conf

I run lircd and irw and check the log-file:
tail /var/log/lircd
Oct 17 22:48:10 vdr.PrivateLAN.at lircd 0.7.0pre8: lircd(hauppauge) ready
Oct 17 22:48:19 vdr.PrivateLAN.at lircd 0.7.0pre8: accepted new client on /dev/lircd

But if I press some button on my haupauge remote control nothing appears.

Anybody can help?
There is somewere a howto for lirc and debian?
