[mythtv-users] How can I make ALL recordings auto-commercial flag?

I broke it, so I fixed it. :(  I think in the long run it might be
better to allow the user to turn the various jobs on/off for the
scheduled recording, but at least the previous functionality is
preserved with that 2-line patch.
