Yes, BBC3 + CBeebies use 620  + 621 audio/video pids, however  when
you scan the channels you'll get 620 + 621 for CBeebies pre 7pm and
then 0 post 7pm and vice-versa for BBC 3 :(  Most people solve this by
running the channel scanning utility repeatedly until they've valid
values, but that doesn't feel very neat to me :(
