[mythtv-users] upgrading howto

Can anyone point me to a howto or step by step guide as to how upgrade 
my mythtv installation.

I'm running RH9 via atrpms with 0.13 (works great for me) and wants to 
get to 0.16, but I'm scared of messing up and loosing all my recordings 
(kids programs for my daughter mostly and it  would be a real problem 
if I lost that ....,-)

I've naturally gone through the documentaton as well as the othe istall 
guides, but have found little guidance to upgrading....maybe I'm blind.


Any help would be greatly appreciated
