[mythtv-users] Lirc Problems - could not open /dev/lirc

"No such device" normally indicates that you don't have the right
modules loaded.  I'm not sure exactly what those would be for the
PVR-250, though.

"Connection refused" indicates that lircd is not running.  This is
a consequence of the first problem.
