[mythtv-users] Setup question

Sorry for the barrage of questions but....
Here is a screenshot from a howto I found:

When I go to configure this section, I do not get any found devices by  
default and only see the "new capture card" option.  Then I go in and  
add my 250.

Should I be seeing something found or is this normal?
