Some of the older Xeons are getting cheaper in price, but then, what
are you buying over a dual XP box?  Not much.  I think you mean Opterons, 
and you're right, decent enthusiast boards don't exist, and the future doesn't
look bright there either.  I'm dying to buy a dual Opteron enthusiast system,
but the PCIe mb's just don't exist yet.  And I'm reluctant to plunk down 
$500 for an Iwill board.  The MSI offering doesn't bring much to the table 
with a single memory channel, and nothing besides 32bit PCI slots.
