Good plan Neil, except:

Confirm that the FX 5200 will actually work with your motherboard. The AGP 
specification changed a little while ago from 3.3V to 1.5V (I think)  The connector is 
actually different in that the notch is in a different place, so you can't install a 1.5V card 
into a 3.3 motherboard.

The FX5200 cards are 8X as well, but backwards-compatible with respect to speed, if 
the card will plug in.

I might not have all the facts exactly correct... just be warned and check first.
