[mythtv-users] mythfrontend keeps increasing pcm capture volume no matter what

often when I start mythfrontend it ups pcm capture
volume back to 100%, even if I had it at 0%.  I am not
using internal mixer for mythtv, and I have to keep it
at 0% to not get an echo/record correctly.

help?
