I have XM radio, assuming Sirius is the same, you should be able to
connect your Sirius radio (line out) to your sound cards line in or mic
ports. If you can then figure out a couple of scripts, the first using
sox (rec ?) to record then another script to transcode the resulting
output to what ever format you want, you could use mythradio
(http://www.tommywatson.com/alog) to schedule the script to record. Just
install mythradio, ignore most of the stuff in the readme about alog and
realplayer, and put your home grown scripts into the source/player
entries and you should be good to go. I have no idea how you'd change
channel or even if that is supported with the off the shelf radios.
