Hi Jared,

Might be the tuner type.  My pvr250mce needs a tunertype 46.  I originally 
got snow and ran into a tip to use tunertype 39 this got me up to channel 
61.  It took custom patches to ivtv 0.19 to get a tunertype 46 that worked 
on all channels.  Supposedly these patches are worked into the apt database 
but I have not tried those yet.

So if you have stock ivtv 0.19 try a tuner type 39 and see if its better.
