[mythtv-users] Mythmusic visualisations

'unfortunately' I'm using Gentoo, so I don't think I've got that much
control over the build process. However, I have sdl and opengl in the
gentoo USE flags, so this _should_ enabled options that rely on this
dependencies in the ./configure.
