[mythtv-users] Debian and Mythtv Installation Guide

I am put together a fairly detailed guide to installing mythtv on debian 
from the debian packages.  I had some difficulty installing all of the 
packages and getting several of the additional pieces to work together, 
so  I thought that since the debian documentation is somewhat limited, I 
would contribute to the effort in the only manner I can.  I hope that 
this guide will help others and prevent some of the same mistakes that I 
had so much trouble figuring out.  This is not a substitute for the 
mythtv documentation, but an adjunctive guide for the specifics of the 
debian packages and the debian apt-get system in general.
