[mythtv-users] Excluding channels / recordings from specific frontends?

Is there a way to restrict the channels some frontend
can access?  There are a few immediately obvious
opportunities to use such a feature:

1) Some folks will use this for parental control.
   The frontend in the kids room shouldn't get
   the Playboy channel. Not that my other frontends
   will get it either, but you get the point.

2) My NTSC TVs can't handle ATSC channels (well,
   possibly the SD programs - eg. PBS-3 and -4 seem
   like they might work). (I might transcode the HD
   recordings down to NTSC and then permit anyone to
   see those).  The point though is I don't trust my
   kids or SO to remember they can't choose such-and-
   such content or something will crash.

   Right now this seems especially useful, in that
   my NTSC-only frontend defaults to the HD tuner.
   At least in my config. Maybe there is already a
   way to select that.

   The notion of Favorite seems close, but it seems
   applied to Guide presentations, not channel or
   recorded content.
