[mythtv-users] Mythweb operation 1/2hr guide data

I would like to access (and use) all of the recording controls of Mythweb without using Data Direct or any other service. I only need the ability to click on a guide box (I would like 48 events per channel) and select recording parameters.

I have attempted to do a mythfilldatabase --manual with and without a selecting "Video Source" in mythtvsetup and I am unable to manually configure.

Is what I am attempting not possible?
