Try checking www.pricewatch.com.  I saw some MX4000 and MX440 PCI cards for 
about $47 or so.  The only FX5200 PCI cards I have seen in searching 
(regardless of price) all have fans.  I realize this is still more than AGP 
versions (TigerDirect has FX5200 AGP $20AR), but getting better.  Good luck!
